Abstract

This is a study conducted to determine the non-economic benefits of standards for the bus companies of the Shenzhen Transport Commission. The Commission is responsible for the management of transport in general. The study reveals how the introduction of an intelligent standards-based dispatching system has greatly improved the efficiency of bus dispatching and bus operations.
